Questa Mattina performed LIVE at the Bop Stop in Cleveland - Alla Boara

This was recorded on July 8th, 2023 at the Bop Stop in Cleveland, Ohio as part of the live album “Work and Song“ ------------------ 📀 Listen here on all streaming services!: ------------------- This arrangement of “Questa Mattina“ was inspired by the Italian field recordings done by Alan Lomax in 1954. It was being sung by a group of men that were rhythmically hammering rocks in the middle of the road in a small town in Puglia. The work there was so sparse, they they were sitting in the dusty road breaking these stones, making bigger ones into smaller ones. They were singing a song that was all about forbidden love...
