Gazebo Simulation of Robot-merchandiser #2 (route planning, driving and parking) | R2 Robotics
The R2 Robotics team has created:
- ROS package for building a multi-link robot movement route
- ROS package for parking a robot at a charging station
The first package allows you to plan a route for inventory and photo reports in the store.
The second package allows the robot to correctly position itself relative to the charging station and to access the contacts of the charger with a 180 degree turn.
Both packages are tested in a simulation environment for robots, the Gazebo program. The next step is t
