How To:
1. Kick up to a handstand with your stomach facing the wall. Hands should be shoulder width apart.
2. Head should be angled at 45 degrees, with your eyes looking at the ground.
3. Move through a full shrug, with as much range of motion as possible.
4. Keep your glutes squeezed, and feet together through the entire movement.
