Jive Cat - The Apollas - 1967

The Apollas were a Los Angeles trio consisting of Ella Jamerson, Leola Jiles, and Dorothy Ramsey who were fixtures on the west coast recording scene during the mid-1960’s. Jive Cat, released in 1967 on the Warner Brothers label, was a Los Angeles area hit but failed to chart nationally.
