Vaccination vacations: Taiwanese head to Guam on holidays offering Covid-19 jabs

The US island territory in the Western Pacific is offering the Covid-19 jabs to foreign visitors under a new tourism programme called “Air V&V“. The trips were envisioned as a way to get vaccines into the arms of US expatriates in the Asia-Pacific region, but there has been overwhelming interest in Taiwan, where authorities have struggled to secure enough doses for the island’s population.
