This low impact cardio kickboxing workout was challenging but totally doable and totally worth it.
I was able to burn over 380 calories in 30 minutes! Make sure to do a full body cool down after you complete this workout to increase the effectiveness of the workout and your recovery time. Also make sure to re-hydrate especially if you sweat a lot! This will help decrease cravings and again, help you recover from all your hard work!
This workout is perfect for BEGINNERS as all the exercises are standing and low impact. Perfect for even those with knee pain or back pain.
