As you have probably heard - California is suffering from the worst drought in its history. It’s so bad - that earlier this month the Governor made cutting back on water mandatory. If California doesn’t get rain soon - and a lot of it - saving water isn’t going to get the job done. Charlie LeDuff and the guys headed to one coastal city where things are so bad - they’re looking at the ocean - and the toilet - for salvation.
