Arpaio Says Obama Birth Record Is Fraudulent

Investigators for an Arizona sheriff’s volunteer posse have declared that President Barack Obama’s birth certificate is definitely fraudulent. The president’s campaign has declined to comment on Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s allegations. (July 17)
