Disney Doppelgängers: Cogsworth & Governor Ratcliffe

Two of Disney’s dandiest supervisors Cogsworthfrom Beauty and the Beast (1991) and Governor John Ratcliffe from Pocahontas (1995) have quite a few similarities.
