Innovative: Monarch RDA Review and Rundown | Extremely Rare High End

◈ Scroll Down for Devices Used in Video and Links ◈ This is a (p)review of the Monarch RDA. This thing isnt terrible but there is quite a good amount of flaws with the finish on it. Machining is pretty well done considering a lot of what we see on this rda is all hand done.
