Bulgarian Split Squat Vs. Skater Squat

When you want to increase the challenge on your leg muscles, one great way to do so is transferring most (or all) of your weight to one leg. This video will present two one legged squat exercises that will get your leg, core, and stabilizing muscles into some intense work. They also require high mobility in the hip and ankle joints.
