Michelle Stanek is 34 years old. For more than five years she has seen pole dance transform her life into something extraordinary and revive her deeply planted joy for dance. As an instructor she has seen pole dance do the same and more for countless others. Every single day of her life pole dance gives her the opportunity to challenge her, be creative, express emotions, keep her body in top shape and help others get stronger and more confident. She currently lives in New York City where she teaches pole d
