Full title reads: “Cranwell. ’Pass-out Day’ Air Chief Marshal Sir John M. Salmond ... on eve of his retirement - inspects cadets of Royal Air Force College.“ Cranwell, Lincolnshire. Cadets at the RAF College march across the parade ground. They are receiving a salute from an officer - presumably Air Chief Marshal John M. Salmond. Cadets seated in gymnasium. A cadet comes forward to receive the sword of honour from Sir John. The Air Chief Marshall gives a speech (no sync). (Sound track is very mixed up - lots of applause and military music - looks very cut up.) FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
