This is an exercise demo for how to do a Double Kettlebell Snatch, both the dead snatch and hang/swing snatch variations.
For reference:
- “dead” means the kettlebells are taken to the ground with each rep for a dead stop.
- “hang” means the kettlebells are only brought down to thigh/knee level each rep.
- “swing” means the kettlebells are swung between your legs each rep. This variation is basically a double kettlebell swing with a snatch added at the top.
Note: Depending on the kettlebell size, you can either bring the kettlebell directly down from overhead to the floor or you can first bring it to a rack position and then to the floor. If the kettlebell is heavy, do the latter.
