IDF shelling of Beirut continued until the truce came into effect

The ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah has officially started. The IDF did not cease shelling Beirut until the truce came into effect in the early hours of Wednesday morning. RT’s Steve Sweeney reports from the Lebanese capital.
