30 minutes of improvised DFAMing (feat. Jomox Alpha Base)

A bedroom techno session. Gear used: - Moog DFAM (leads), - Jomox Alpha Base (everything else), - Zoom MS-70CDR (reverb and delay for DFAM) - Allen & Heath ZEDi 10 (mixer), - Tascam DR-05 (recording) Some basic mastering done after recording, mainly for volume. Syncing these two is quite tricky. In this case I used a Sonic Potions X Erica Synths LXR-02 as a clock through. Alpha Base sends clock through a 5-pin MIDI to the LXR and then the LXR sends it through a patch cable to DFAM’S adv/clock. DFAM patching: velocity - VCF decay, VCF EG - VCF MOD.
