Landmine Valslide Reverse Lunges

Using the landmine helps to function as a counterbalance to allow you to take a big stride back and maintain a vertical tibia, making the exercise far more knee-friendly than a regular reverse lunge. It also provides an offset contralateral loading effect to build core, hip, and pelvic stability while also building grip strength since you’re holding the thick part of the barbell.
