Corn Dolly

At Mabon it is customary to craft in honour of the 2nd Harvest, traditionally the Corn Husk Dolly was made from the last sheaf of corn. The corn dolly was known by man names, the hag, the mare, the harvest queen, the mell doll, all were female and reference to the Mother Earth Goddess.
