Carnival (1910-1919)

Carnival. Location of events unknown. Festivals. Silly carnival w/ costumes & games. Opens w/ group of guys dressed as clowns etc. crowded together posing for camera - 2 of them are sitting on mules (one dressed as jockey the other vaguely reminiscent of Harpo M w/ dark wig & bowler hat); they are bouncing up and down and (apparently) singing. This bunch starts to move toward camera. A little comedy scene as the jockey pulls the other guy from mule; starts to spank him w/ his riding crop. Clown football played w/ a huge ball. Jockey & someone in long skirt both run & kick ball at once. Skirmish at the goal - whole teams try to push ball & each other.
