Clouston Home Again (1938)
Titles read: “CLOUSTON HOME AGAIN“.
Croydon, London.
At Croydon Airport we see crowds of people waiting for the arrival of Flying Officer Clouston, returning after a record-breaking long distance flight to New Zealand in just under 11 days. Clouston was accompanied on the journey by newsman Victor Rickets (sp? Ricketts?).
The crowd cheers as the two men stand up in the cockpit of their aeroplane. Their girlfriends or wives are lifted up for a kiss then pose beside them.
