Justice served? Former Kosovo militant commander sentenced to 18 yrs for war crimes

A Tribunal at the Hague has sentenced a former Kosovo militant commander to 18 years in prison, for war crimes. It took a quarter of a century to bring Pjeter Shala to account for overseeing the detention, torture and murder of civilians. RT’s Charlotte Dubenskij investigates how the West had tried to turn a blind eye to some atrocities committed by its proxies in the former Yugoslavia.
