BMW Rowe Racing team driver Dan Harper had been putting an immense pressure on the Lamborghini driver Andrea Caldarelli for several laps before the latter made a mistake with a braking point and thus opened the door for Harper who immediately seized the lead and ultimately emerged as the overall winner of the race.
