Zahar Sultana said that Israel was using starvation to punish Palestinians in Gaza. Andrew Mitchell, who is the junior foreign minister, looked angry and agitated as MPs gave him grief reminding the UK government’s complicity in the forced starvation of Gazans by Israel.
