[D3 PTR ] New EXP META Charge Barb ZE

At long last Rathma EXP runs seem to be history! With the newly improved Immortal King Set and the versatility offered by the Season of Grandeur buff we will see other Builds competing for the EXP Meta throne. We put together one of the possible Builds / Setups in this video here. Keep in mind this is a very early Stage of the Meta with PTR lags. In optimized rat runs you can do that exp on live. But we did 90’s when we first started with the rat meta. Many things to improve and dh spot is not fix atall. L
