I hope you are ready for a new 30 MIN HYBRID WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS! 🔥 This workout will hopefully give you just as much energy as it gives me, because we have an amazing setting from Tenerife ☀️🌴, and I have the lovely Hiurma with me! 🫶🏼 It’s so great that we were able to record a new “YOU AND ME“ Workout here during our content journey. 🙏🏼
The focus is on strengthening the whole body while also working on our conditioning - that’s hybrid. Grab your weights, and let’s power through this workout together as we encourage each other to give even more! 💪🏻 No matter where we are or where we’re from, together we can give it our all and support one another.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

▸ equipment: two dumbbells (Hiurma is using 2x 5kg and I am using 2x 7,5kg for your reference), a mat is recommended
