Carol Burnett - Rainy Days and Mondays

The album “Carol Burnett - featuring If I Could Write A Song“ was released in 1972. I remember seeing it in the rack at the local department store, but I never had enough money to buy it. What little spending money I had, I spent on 45s and Carpenter albums. Many years later, I found a used copy of the album in a used-record shop and bought it. It’s a nice, mellow album with Carol doing covers of various pop hits and show tunes. Several years ago, Collectors Choice Music released the album on CD and I was finally able to hear a clean, scratch-less album. I think you will agree that this is a very nice performance by Carol..
