12 Differences Between Scrooge and A Christmas Carol

Who doesn’t love A Christmas Carol? We’re guessing the answer must be “no one” considering the fact that it has been the most-adapted literary work other than the bible. We’re guessing that Charles Dickens would have been pretty surprised to hear that back in 1843 when he penned his anti-capitalist Christmas-spirit loving ghost story novella. (And, not just because he didn’t know what TV and film were…) In 2009, Disney took a stab at making an animated version of the beloved classic. Robert Zemeckis’ A Christmas Carol stuck very close to its source material and made for a spooky, heartwarming tale. Thirteen years later, Netflix is throwing its hat in the ring this holiday season and giving us its own animated adaptation of the Christmas classic, Scrooge: A Christmas Carol.
