Homeowner DESERTED By Her Old Lawn Guy Calls Me For HELP

A few days ago, I had a homeowner (now customer) reach out to me in need of some serious lawn help. She told me that she hadn’t had her lawn mowed for over a month now due to being deserted by her old lawn guy. The guy promised her many times that he would show up and never did, causing her grass to grow over 2 feet long in her backyard. The front yard wasn’t too bad. She said she was doubting that I would want to take on the backyard (not sure why). I said I had to check it out and glad I did, because it was definitely video worthy for you guys. I didn’t ask about the front but I believe either her or her neighbors had been helping her mow the front yard. The backyard definitely put the STARIS to the test... and it passed!
