Traditional Shanxi Xingyi Quan
Of the basic analogies in Xing Yi such as Tiger head, Bear shoulders, Dragon body there is one called “Chicken Leg.“ This leg technique is a pose and also a specialty where the practitioner lifts his leg but sinks his weight simultaneously.
