The Tairyou Jigoku (Overwhelming Hell) in 46:00

This is a weird, quirky survival horror game for the PS2 where you play as a girl named Erika, who gets her phone stolen by a white rabbit and needs to get it back. Basically a shovelware game only in Japan that might be interesting for speedruns except for the insane rabbit RNG. Runs are timed on IGT, which shows on the result screen at the very end of the run.
