Distilling Rose Water with a 17th Century Alembic

Join Terry as he shows off his distilling skills by making rose water with an alembic. Rose water can be found as a staple in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking, but also has a medicinal history as a way to heal wounds faster. Special thanks to Sammy, who makes a brief cameo rushing through a doorway while Terry introduces himself, for helping Terry prepare for this video.
