No-fingerprint man refused by driving schools

Generally we only hear of criminals who try to get their fingerprints removed in movies, but a man was recently refused to enter driving schools in Shijiazhuang city, Hebei Province for not having fingerprints on his fingers or toes. Doctor Li Yanjia from the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University claimed that lacking fingerprints, or adermatoglyphia, is a genetic disorder which is extremely rare around the world. Only less than 30 people worldwide are affected by this condition. It’s rare though, people without fingerprints have difficulties in their identity verification.
