BADradio #55 | Sofia Kuz | Hardgroove Techno Mix Sofia Kuz (Sofia Kuznetsova) was born in Irkutsk, Siberia (Russia). She moved to Rome in 2009 and then to Milan in 2018, where she currently lives. Music has always been an integral part of her life; from a young age, she sang in choirs and studied classical music, playing the piano and guitar. However, it was only after completing her university studies in law that she seriously embarked on a career in electronic music. Within a few months, she had the opportunity to perform at some of Milan’s most important venues, such as the Tempio del Futuro Perduto with the Culturave collective and Silicone Club with Die Sekte Klubnacht. With a diverse musical background, each of her sets is a mix of different sounds, always with a techno base, characterized by dark and hypnotic sounds, sometimes with melancholic notes, other times with more lively and playful tones, occasionally with industrial and psytrance touches.
