He is not going to save her - yet. -- Anyone asked for teen drama? No? Too bad! And no, I don’t know why they suddenly look 10 years older, IT JUST SORTA HAPPENED (and people thought they were 20-somethings in Parties Are For Losers, how times have changed) But yeah, the soap opera continues (and by continues I mean goes into a flashback for 90% of the song), now with a messy electronic-ish sound. This one is not as intense as PAFL and the pv is a fair bit simpler, but hey, they can’t all be winners lol I can’t say I’m pleased with how the audio came out - for some reason this instrumental was a huge struggle to make and it still ended up being muddy… Though I tried to make the tuning a bit clearer, since a lot of people find my JPNloid stuff hard to understand (big thanks to poetfog for their tuning advice)! I’m not sure whether it’s an improvement or not, since I’m not a native speaker, but I hope it’s at least a little bit better? Also please excuse the awkward mixing - flower absolutely refused to cooperate Overall this is definitely the hardest one I’ve had to work with in terms of sound and I hate it with all of my angry little heart (but hey, at least I had a lot of fun with the video so that’s swell) Btw if the song sounds like Happy Girl it’s because it was initially built on the same chord progression - the more you know🌠 PLEASE READ IF YOU’RE DOWNLOADING THE INSTRUMENTAL: The original FD file I had for it got messed up, which is why it took me so long to put it up (sorry for that)! I couldn’t fully restore it, but I tried to make it sound as close to the one used in the video as I could. It’s still slightly different, but I hope it works! It’s a pretty huge fuck-up on my part, but I hope my providing the tuned VSQX will make up for it. Sorry again for the inconvenience, I’ll make sure a thing like this won’t happen again!
