Lahore Labour Day Rally-A Slideshow

Pakistan’s many trade unions and worker organizations commemorated Labour Day this year on May 1. Rallies were taken out in all major cities of Pakistan and seminars were held to honour the memory of the 1886 Haymarket Massacre martyrs. One such rally was organised in Lahore that is depicted in this very first slideshow to be uploaded on this channel. Comrade Younas described the event in his own words. “CMKP participated in full force at the rally organized by Pakistan Workers Confederation at Mall Road Lahore with some 300 workers from the industrial slums of Lahore.
