REUNION: The Cowboys are signing defensive tackle Carlos Watkins from the Commanders’ practice squad to replace Jordan Phillips, who is heading to injured reserve (IR), according to Nicole Hutchison. Phillips is being placed on IR with a wrist injury, as reported by Todd Archer, and will miss at least the next four games.
