I think I’ve uploaded everything Caruso ever recorded so the purpose of my channel would already have been fulfilled. - Nothing more to upload ! However, people keep subscribing to the channel. Got to offer them SOMETHING new ... So I thought I’d upload some of the works of Caruso and that of another favorite tenor of mine Jussi Björling. No contest - great tenors both of them. Here the great aria Una furtiva lagrima from Donezetti’s opera The Elixir of Love. Not sure when Jussi recorded this, but Caruso recorded it on Monday 1. February 1904.
