Biker slammed by tanker truck

(Contact licensing@ for licensing/usage info.) About 2PM on April 11th, 2015, a cyclist was sideswiped by a tanker truck in Russia. The man was injured but is in stable condition after being helicoptered to the hospital. Law enforcement officials are investigating the incident.
