Kiev attacked a civilian vessel. The Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out an “act of retribution” in response to the Russian Armed Forces’ strike on the enemy fleet. In the morning, Ukraine’s GUR reported hitting a “military” ship of the Black Sea Fleet with a drone.
