30 Min HIGH IMPACT Bodyweight HIIT Workout (ADVANCED)
In this 30 Min HIGH IMPACT Bodyweight HIIT Workout (ADVANCED) we will have a 4x bundle of 5x exercises for 2x Rounds (20x movements in total). We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and there will be a 15 second rest in between.
