Japanese fountain pen maker Nakaya offers a range of nib options and you can have them modified to your liking as well. I purchased this Cigar Milky Way from @sakurafountaingallery but I wanted an elastic nib so off it went to Nakaya! Here are a top view and side view of the elastic medium nib in a bit of action.
