Koivuniemi defeats Daugherty in professional bowling 299-100

In what has to be one of the biggest routs in pro sports history, Mika Koivuniemi defeated Tom Daugherty by the score of 299-100 in the 2011 PBA Tournament of Champions. Daugherty was the most unlucky athlete I’ve ever seen in competition as he had five “splits“ in 10 frames. Though he was getting drilled, Daugherty had a great attitude even as he needed to knock down two pins on his final throw to break 100.
