The Upside-Down Pilates level II curriculum begins adding in strength and endurance to your workout along with new exercises. In this full Pilates workout we will learn exercises such as footwork, long lever plank, shoulder bridge, one leg kick, roll over and finishing off with a foam roller massage and stretches.
