Zelensky’s speech was excluded from the official broadcast of the summit in Budapest Zelensky complained that Ukraine and Hungary have not signed a bilateral security agreement. The reason was that Hungary, despite Zelensky’s requests , refused to include a clause in it on supporting Ukraine’s accession to NATO, the leader of the Kiev regime said at a press conference following the European Political Community summit in Budapest.
