Welcome to this fun & challenging flow! I’m grateful you have arrived. We will assess our balance while invigorating our body, mind, & spirit through the intentional connection of our movement & breath! Remember to flow at your own pace & always listen to your body. You know best what you need. Please take the time to unwind after this sequence & if you can, I recommend settling into an extended resting pose laying down on your back or however you feel most comfortable & relaxed.
