Ingredients (1 serving)
250 ml chilled milk
1 tsp of sabja/tukhmaria/basil seeds soaked in a cup of water for 2 hours
2 tbsp/to taste palm jaggery syrup. you can use normal jaggery or sugar if you prefer.
some ice cubes if needed
