Cúpla port cumtha, agus in ómós fear uasal: John Dwyer. Here are a few tunes in honour of the one and only John Dwyer. These three tunes are an example of what a terrific composer he was. I always enjoy the harmony possibilities in his tunes and his genius is heard in each carefully chosen note. I had the pleasure of accompanying John a few times and enjoying some great tunes with him in Mooney’s in An Rinn and at the John Dwyer Festival in Waterford.
