“The latest novelty in crepe paper - the beach “sunshade-hat“. Just a few minutes’ work.“ M/S of a woman standing behind a table holding a piece of spotty crepe paper. She sits down and spreads it out on the table. She pins a paper pattern to the crepe paper and cuts around it - C/U. She then paints glue onto the paper pattern and sticks it to the crepe paper, making little cuts inside the crown. “Then for a little “she shows she sews“ High angle of the woman sewing with a pedal operated sewing machine. She folds around the excess crepe paper and pulls it through the hole in the top. A crown is then placed over the top of the pulled through paper (we aren’t shown how this part is made).
