Bodyweight Full Body Workout That Will Challenge You In 30 Mins or Less
If you need a short but intense body weight workout for New Year’s Eve, @thedailykelsey and I got you covered!
This is a 40 seconds on/20 seconds off interval:
1️⃣ Step-over Lunge w/ Switch
2️⃣ Hollow Hold w/ Rotation
3️⃣ Sit Through Sit Out Combo
4️⃣ Step Through Push Up
5️⃣ High Knee to Side Lunge w/ Switch
Repeat this for 4-5 rounds and pick and choose your difficulty
Level 1️⃣ - Take a 90-120 second break after every circuit.
Level 2️⃣ - Take a 45-60 second break after every circuit.
Level 3️⃣ - Don’t take any breaks throughout the 4-5 rounds and do them continuously.
A bonus finisher is doing 2 minutes non stop of ➡️ Prisoner Squat Pulses into Squat Jumps (exercise 6️⃣ in the videos).
