Rosabelle Illes, Aruba Rosabelle Illes (1987) is an artist, writer and performer from the island of Aruba. She is the author of two collections of poetry Beyond Insanity (2005) and Spiel di Mi Alma (2010), while her third book TITLE (2016) consists of short stories, poems and thoughts. She is also the co-author of a multilingual children’s book entitled Hearty (2018). Her work has been published in international journals and she has been invited to participate in several literature festivals around the world including Colombia, Taiwan, The Netherlands and New York City. A social psychologist by trade and an artist by heart, Rosabelle currently divides her time between teaching at the University of Aruba and producing a variety of storytelling and content-based projects as a writer and content developer.
